【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthefundamentalcharacteristicsoftheinformationmodeltobeimplementedbyaspecificarchitecturallayer(i.e.themiddleware)oftheinformationsystemtoprovideacomprehensiveandintegratedstorageofthecommonenterprisedataandtosupportthefundamentalbusinessprocessesofthehealthcareOrganisation,asdefinedinpart1ofthisstandard"HealthInformatics-ServiceArchitecture-Part1:Enterpriseviewpoint".Theinformationmodelisspecifiedwithoutany-explicitorimplicit-assumptiononthephysicaltechnologies,toolsorsolutionstobeadoptedforitsphysicalimplementationinthevarioustargetscenarios.Thespecificationisneverthelessformal,completeandnon-ambiguousenoughtoallowimplementerstoderiveanefficientdesignofthesysteminthespecifictechnologicalenvironmentthatwillbeselectedforthephysicalimplementation.Thisspecificationdoesnotaimatrepresentingafixed,complete,specificationofallpossibledatathatmaybenecessaryforanyrequirementofanyhealthcareenterprise.Itspecifiesonlyasetofcharacteristics-intermsofoverallOrganisationandindividualinformationobjects-identifiedasfundamentalandcommontoallhealthcareOrganisations,andthatshallbesatisfiedbytheinformationmodelimplementedbythemiddleware.Preservingtheconsistencywiththeprovisionsofthisstandard,physicalimplementationsshallallowextensionstothestandardinformationmodelinordertosupportadditionalandlocalrequirements.Extensionsflyshallincludeboththedefinitionofadditionalattributesintheobjectsofthestandardmodel,andtheimplementationofentirelynewobjects.Alsothisstandardspecificationshallbeextensibleovertimeaccordingtotheevolutionoftheapplicablestandardisationinitiatives.Thespecificationofextensionsshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothemethodologydefinedinpart1ofthisstandardEN12967-1,clause7,"Methodologyforextensions".
