【摘要】:Preformedtapesealantsaretacky,deformablesolidsthatareusedundercompressionbetweentwosubstratesinvarioussealingapplications.Thesetapesareusuallysuppliedinrollformwithareleasepaperinterlayer.Whentherollisunwoundandthereleasepaperisremovedfromthepreformedtapesealant,thereshouldbenotransferofthepreformedtapesealanttothereleasepaper,noranyresidueleftonthepaper.Thesemethodswillgiveaqualitativeindicationofwhetherornotthereleasepapercanberemovedcleanlyfromapreformedtapesealantafteracontrolledexposureperiod.Alternativeproceduresarelistedbecausesomepreformedtapesealantsarenormallyusedunderfieldconditionswhereelevatedtemperaturescanbeencountered,whileotherpreformedtapesealantsarenormallyusedundermorecontrolledenvironmentsinx201C;assemblylinex201D;operations.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverlaboratoryproceduresforevaluatingthereleasecharacteristicsofareleasepaperintendedtobesuppliedindirectcontactwithapreformedtapesealant.1.2Thevaluesstatedinmetric(SI)unitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.3ThesubcommitteewithjurisdictionisnotawareofanysimilarISOstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcernsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
