【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandteststobefulfilledbythemultipurposeinsulatingsticksintendedtoperformarangeofoperationsinhighvoltageinstallationsbymeansoftheattachedappropriatetools,forexample:?connectionanddisconnectionofdisconnectorsorotherequipmentoperatedbythestick,?fusereplacementwithanattachedtool,operationslike:?voltageabsenceverification,usingadetectorasaseparatedeviceinaccordancewithEN61243-1;?earthingandshortcircuitinginstallations,usingdevicesinaccordancewithEN61230;?placinginsulatingscreensinordertoprovideprotectionagainstadjacentliveparts;?testingandmeasurement;?anyotheroperationorverificationontheelectricalinstallation,providedthatthemechanicalrequirementsdonotexceedthoseassuredbythestickdesignandtheworkershallremainatasafetydistance;?rescueofaccidentvictims.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletotheinsulatingsticksmadeofasinglecontinuoustubeorrodormultipletubeorrodsectionsconnectedtoeachother,tobeusedbothindoorsoroutdoorsonelectricalsystemsforvoltagesof1kVto765kVa.c.,frequenciesof50Hzand/or60Hzandinthenormalrangeoftemperaturesof-25oCto+55oCandatarelativehumiditybetween20%and93%.Forthepurposeofthisstandard,“tube”isusedfor“tube”and“rod”.AnnexBincludesconsiderationsabouttheuseunderwetconditions.NOTEItisageneralpracticetouseaninsulatingstickond.c.installationswiththesamevalueofnominalvoltage.Thatuseshallcomplywiththenationalregulations.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto?stickscoveredbyEN60832,?telescopicstickscoveredbyEN62193,?stickswithmobileinternalorexternaloperatingrods,asthoseuseddirectlyforfusereplacement,?singlepurposesticks,especiallydesignedtocoverasingleoperation,generallyasacompleteequipmentsuchasvoltagedetectorscoveredbyEN61243-1.NOTEExceptwhereotherwisespecified,allthevoltagesdefinedinthisEuropeanStandardrefertovaluesofphase-to-phasevoltagesofthree-phasesystems.Inothersystems,theapplicablephase-to-phaseorphase-to-earth(ground)voltagesshouldbeusedtodeterminetheoperatingvoltage.
