【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestoheatingboilersuptoanominalheatoutputof300kWwhicharedesignedfortheburningofsolidfuelsonlyandareoperatedaccordingtotheinstructionsoftheboilermanufacturereitherwithnegativepressureorwithpositivepressureinthecombustionchamber.Solidfuelsinthisstandardare:a)biogenictypesoffuel:woodinnaturalstateinformofA-logwoodwithwatercontentw<25%;Bl-chippedwood(woodchippedbymachinewithandwithoutbark,usuallyuptoamaximumlengthof15cm)watercontentfromw>15%to35%;C-compressedwood(briquettesandpelletswithoutbindingagents,madeofwoodand/orbarkparticles;permittedarenaturalbindingagentssuchasmolasses,vegetableparaffinsandstarch);D-sawdustw>20%to<50%;b)fossiltypesoffuel:a-bituminouscoal;b-browncoal;c-coke;d-anthracite.Theboilerscanbeusedwithnaturaldraughtorforceddraught.Thestokingcanbemanualorautomatic.Theregulationsofthisstandardapplytoheatingboilerswhicharetobetestedonanacceptedboilerteststand.Heatingboilersinaccordancewiththisstandardaredesignedforcentralheatinginstallationswhoseheatcarrieriswaterandwhosemaximumallowableoperatingtemperatureis100℃andwhichcanoperateatamaximumallowableoperatingpressureof6bar.Forheatingboilerswithabuilt-inorattachedwaterheater(storageorcontinuousflowheater)thisstandardonlyappliestothosepartsofthewaterheaterwhicharenecessarilysubjecttotheoperatingconditionsoftheheatingboiler(heatingpart).Thestandarddoesnotapplyto—centralheatingboilersandotherheatingapplianceswhichdonothaveminimumheatlosswithintherequirementsofthestandardandwhicharealsodesignedforthedirectheatingoftheplaceofinstallation;—cookingappliances;—thedesignandconstructionofautomaticstokingdevices.Thepurposeofthisstandardistospecifythenecessaryterminologyforsolidfuelheatingboilers,thedesignrequirement,thetechnicalheatingrequirements(takingintoaccounttheenvironmentalrequirements)andtesting,aswellasthemarkingrequirements.
